Job Title: AssemblerJob Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating Barrier Filters and Aero structures for commercial and military rotorcraft to protect engines from unscheduled maintenance and or replacement.
As an Assembly Technician, you will be expected to perform tasks efficiently, keep accurate records, and adhere to all procedures and policies.
You will use your technical and mechanical skills to conduct close tolerance hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation, rivet installation, trimming, assembly, and use micrometers, rulers, and calipers for in-process self-inspections.
Additional duties include maintaining an acceptable level of attendance, working with a variety of chemicals and protective equipment, interpreting Engineering drawings and documents, documenting job completion paperwork, and building sheetmetal sub-assemblies to specs.

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is flexible with options to work a 4 day, 10 hour shift either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. Candidates must be open to working either shift as there are plans to start a 2nd shift in the future. The shifts will either be Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday, starting between 4p-6p, and finishing up between 2:30a-4:30a. If a candidate is only open to first shift, they can start anytime before 7:30am and finish anytime after 3:30pm if they have worked their 10 hour day. The role may require overtime, including some mandatory hours, amounting to possibly over 50+ hours per week.
