Remote positionOur client in St. Louis, Missouri is looking for a Manager/ Director of CRM Services to join their team for a permenant position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Management of a CRM service (preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics, along with Project management / Scrum master experience, business analyst experience and excellent customer service with working with business side product owners. location: Chesterfield, Missourijob type: Permanentsalary: $130,000 - 135,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective business relationships, coordinating service delivery in line with negotiated Service Commitments.
- Manage the business partner's application portfolio by understanding and communicating needs to internal IT project teams and external vendors
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure properly defined and communicated project requests.
- "Leads and manages projects and/or technology initiatives; identifies and resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems"
- Mentor associates within the department and continually develop project team competencies.
- Duties include hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, direct reports.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry practices, trends and applications.
