As an Executive on our team, you could be the one who changes everything for our 26 million members.Position Purpose: Lead media strategy and elevate our brands’ digital footprint to help drive market-leading member acquisition growth and retention across the organization.Lead media agency partnership to drive continuous improvement in media efficiency and effectiveness. Lead annual scopes of work and budgets, and yearly and quarterly planning and media sign-off process.Partner closely with performance analytics team to apply mix modeling and performance analytics to media planning to maximize media ROI.Develop direct “power partnerships” with significant media partners (i.e., Google, Meta, etc.) to deliver innovative, industry leading campaigns and measurement, and be an early adopter of new products and innovation.Lead agency partnership, ensuring ongoing auditing to inform content and technical updates to drive page 1 organic search rankings.Partner with lines of business (LoB) marketing teams and marketing operations team to ensure agency audit recommendations are continuously implemented.Partner with LoB marketing teams, IT, and Digital to develop best-in-class mobile and web experiences to support member acquisition campaigns. Create agile process to continuously optimize based on performance analytics.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
