Responsibilities Work Cross-functionally as an owner's representative Identify, Track, Manage, and Execute Projects related to role (Waste or Productivity) Effectively Communicate Cross-functionally with Local Plant Personnel Develop Training and Train Individuals on new process, procedures, or standard operating procedures Work with OEMs and Vendors to source necessary solutions to solve problems Build Network to establish weekly cadence, work plans, and tasks for groups involved in solutions Drive results through self actions (hands on deliverables), through other team members, and/or 3rd Parties

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
3+ Years of Experience managing Continuous Improvement & Waste Reduction projects from inceptiont to completion
An understanding of LEAN/Six Sigma Methodologies
Experience witht he FMCG Industry
Able to works weekends and holidays as needed
