Technical/Functional Skills:Experience in developing automation solutions using PEGA Robotics RPA platform, UiPath

Experience required
  • Bachelor's / Masters degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Must have 5+ years of Development experience in core Technologies - .Net / Java
  • Must have 3+ years of PEGA Robotics and UiPath RPA implementation and solution architecture experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
  • Healthcare domain background / experience is highly desired

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform production support activities like Monitoring, tracking, scheduling the bots etc.
  • Perform Bot assignments in robot managers based on the backlog transactions .
  • Determination of root cause of incidents and fix the incidents in Pega Robotics RPA.
  • Understand the business process and improve the BOT performance by fine turning the BOT activities.
  • Solving technical issues related to RPA platform on VM environment. Troubleshooting the basic network, application and access issues on Level 1 and Level 2 basis.
  • Provides technical support to remediate basic incidents or technology change ticket orders to support VDI replacement, upgrades and other requests for remediation. Completes the restoration of service within specified SLA parameters with business.
  • Creates and maintains appropriate documentation of all VDI supported under RPA Support team to ensure up to date inventory and properly accounted.
  • Supports and partners with IT management teams on changing Business and Usual (BAU) directives and advanced planning activities that affect the RPA team.
  • Work with peer to ensure that all RPA issues are addressed. Ensuring the uptime is consistent for all BOT (VM machines).
  • Documenting all procedures related to RPA support. Accountable for every assigned task for fixing and delivering the right support.
