We are looking for a Strategic Program Analyst to join our PMO team within Infrastructure Services (IS). Why should you join the PMO? World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity for a Program Analyst on the Strategic Program Services Team in the Infrastructure Services Department. SPS manages programs and subsequent projects that support multi-site roll-outs for major customers in the US, as well as some international work. This Strategic Program Analyst role will report into the Denver, CO area, but can be based anywhere in the USA. Preference will be given to Denver or St. Louis based candidates. A minimum of three years' experience in a Infrastructure Services environment is highly recommended. The Strategic Program Analyst ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency across high-level portfolio financial reporting that specializes in providing real-time financial updates to fit the needs of our Domestic and International accounts. This individual has superior analytical and communication skills dedicated to validating forecasts, developing historical trends, providing consultation/working closely with relevant delivery team members, and presenting on the financial health to internal stakeholder leadership across several major accounts. This role will bring value by creating an accurate roll-up of financial health at the account level, while collaboratively working with members at the "ground level" to ensure cost impacts are discovered timely and explained clearly for efficient executive decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Excellent understanding of financials and cost control practices
- Program/Project financial management
- Account/Sales Leadership level reporting and presentations on financial metrics/health of portfolios
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement change
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA's are achieved
- Able to comprehend and analyze SOWs; review of project deliverables
- Strong and continued focus on SOW adherence
- Ongoing improvement of program value for demonstration to customer and financial performance
- Maintain communication with both internal and client executive sponsors as well as program managers
- Maintain communication with suppliers as appropriate in support of the program
- Incremental business development that extends the program and/or identifies new business opportunities with the customer
- Manage schedule, scope and milestone performance of the program relative to budget
- Manage the day-to-day program/project financials as needed for business growth
- Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Manage WWT cross functional issues. Ensure all functions within WWT are performing to program expectations
- Foster strong relationships with PMO and Delivery Services
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (most importantly Excel) for FP&A reporting creation and documentation
- Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM, & Power BI understanding preferred
- Project Management training in Technology Areas related to the program are preferred
- Excellent understanding of financial processes. Able to create proformas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change
- Excellent understanding of the contract (SOW) process. Able to manage contract modifications, change orders, control the impact to a program, and take a lead position for negotiations on contract scope, cost and schedule
- One to three years prior multi-site roll-out program experience is preferred
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and equipment configuration (lab) processes
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
- Thought leader & problem solver with strong team skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Some minimal travel may be necessary. Preferred locations are DEN, STL, & NY but the position can be remote for the ideal candidate.
