- 2 years Minimum related work experience
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Development, or related area or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Prior work experience on building ETL solutions preferably in a cloud platform
- One year minimum experience leveraging Azure technology stack
- Very strong SQL knowledge including performance improvements and reverse engineer complex queries, views, stored procedures
- Preferably one scripting language (Python, C#, JavaScript, Perl)
- Proven knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Create and maintain internal project documentation that could include architecture/design approaches, test cases, performance requirements
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- HR/Learning Management systems experience preferred
- SQL/Stored Procedure knowledge
