Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Management Specialist in support of Autonomous Systems MQ-25 program in Hazelwood, MO .The position involves planning and development of proposals as well as the subsequent negotiation and execution activity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in support of an exciting program currently in the development and LRIP stage of the product life cycle.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for a diverse contracts portfolio to include all stages of product life cycle (concept, development, production, sustaining) with USG/USN

Acquire efforts to include requirements definition planning, organizing, development, and submittal of proposals and subsequent negotiation and administration

Coordinate and facilitate development of Proposal Plan of Action, functional inputs, proposals, gate reviews, negotiations, contract formation

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Identifies new opportunities to drive better business / contracting results in an agile business environment

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Hazelwood, MO.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts in programs and multiple contract types, such as: general terms agreements, assignment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements

3+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts

3+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Master’s degree or higher

Experience coaching and mentoring less experienced employees

Experience working with USG/USN customers

Experience negotiating and executing development and large production contracts

Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CLAG, Boeing processes and command media

Embraces speed and agility to drive innovation and results

Ability to be collaborative and strategic with multiple stakeholders

Proven ability to execute on commitments

Externally focused, forward looking perspective

Current or ability to obtain a Security Clearance
