Find your future with us.The Boeing Company’s Human Resources (HR) Finance organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team! This position can be based in Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; St. Charles, MO; Dallas, TX; Everett, WA; Renton, WA or Seattle, WA and will offer a balance of on-site and remote work.This a critical role responsible for developing HR strategies and solutions that meet the business priorities for the organization. Critical thinking and having an innovative approach to solve problems will be an imperative part of daily management as well as active participation in business planning and decisions, offering innovative solutions to meet business requirements.The Senior HRBP will implement strategic priorities and drivie functional talent strategies, enhancing the value of HR solutions to our own HR organization.Position Responsibilities:Work closely with Finance leaders at Boeing Global Services (BGS) and other Finance leaders within the organization to ensure first time quality HR deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices and processes

Partner and consult with executive and management teams to drive and facilitate organizational strategies and initiatives including: full life-cycle talent management; strategic skills planning and development; workforce planning and pipeline development; and helping to mature the organizational culture

Contribute to the development of a culture of care, equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

Provide HR support to finance leaders and employees to enable real time engagement and solutions

Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance enablement, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Human Resources certification

Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Demonstrated experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions

Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Typical Education & Experience:Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
