The Compensation Consultant for Compensation Operations is a position that is responsible for managing and supporting global programs and processes at Change Healthcare. Serves as a subject matter expert to Total Rewards, People Solutions Operations, People Solutions Business Partners, and vendors on compensation topics. The Consultant is a key contributor in the review of compensation structures, developing recommendations, solutions and action plans. Will be responsible for leading developed action plans. Responsibilities: Manages the global annual base pay structure review for the company.

Manages job architecture, including determining benchmark job matches, obtaining market data from databases as needed and supports job evaluations and market pricing efforts.

Participates in compensation surveys and performs competitive analysis on results.

Manages geographic differentials for the company.

Manages compensation data audits for the team, including pay adjustment reporting, below minimum audits, and grade/role alignment audits

Supports global annual rewards programs, including managing merit change control and data audits.

Supports long-term incentive program and administration.

Participates in other global compensation projects as assigned.

Provides recommendations and input to Compensation leaders regarding the Company’s enterprise-wide global compensation plans, programs and processes such as the base pay structure and job library.

Proactively stays abreast of Industry and geographic market trends that may have an impact on the Company’s ability to attract and retain talent, partnering with Compensation Consultant team and PSBPs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements (Required):

Education: Bachelor’s degree

8+ years of experience working within a corporate compensation function or compensation consulting practice.

Critical Skills (Required):

Experience with compensation and HRIS systems

Advanced data analysis skills

Strong team collaboration skills

Financial analysis and operational modeling

Project and process management

Metrics management

Stakeholder management

Vendor management

Ability to multi-task with high volume of projects

Excellent communication skills

Additional Knowledge and Skills (Preferred / Not Required):

Preferred: CCP

Workday experience preferred
