The Training Coordinators responsibilities include more than planning and coordinating staff training. The Training Coordinator will work with the departments across the organization by consulting with the HR Director and management to determine beneficial training ideas based on new and existing employee needs. The Training Coordinator will maintain an up-to date knowledge of training topics or technologies and company policies.
