Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will utilize advanced data analysis skills to provide answers and insights across the lifecycle of our product. You will partner with stakeholders to improve decision-making by providing data and analytics to drive the achievement of organizational outcomes. In addition, you will leverage broad knowledge across the organization to address business issues, identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will drive identified business initiatives and project delivery, identify, and propose remediation to cross domain processes and data issues. You will be responsible for the design and development of reporting assets utilizing our Corporate Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence tools to provide consistent, reliable, and automated delivery of analytics to the end-user. In the role, you will need to develop reporting to make data more meaningful to the business.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year of business analytics work experience
    • At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
      • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience with Power BI and/or other data visualizations tools (i.e. Tableau)
  • At least 2 years' experience leveraging SQL
  • Prior experience with Azure Cloud Technologies and/or Snowflake

Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
