We are looking for someone with the skills to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability by managing our Technicians and exceeding customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service, every time.

Ability to establish rapport with each Technician; keeping lines of communication open and productive.

Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
Ability to manage and evaluate Field Technicians and ensure they are progressing.
Ability to work with Dispatchers to evaluate workload and schedules to maximize efficiency and profits.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
