Basic Information
Reports to OneNorth Supervisor
20 hours/week
Salary: $17.80/hour

Duties
Assists the public in using various computer hardware and software in the Librarys computer lab.
Instructing patrons in a one-to-one or small group setting on technology skills.
Performs basic computer maintenance including cleaning of hardware.
Troubleshoots basic hardware and software issues.
Requirements
Strong commitment to positive and polite customer service; ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests.
Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with staff and public using technology.
Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software; web applications including: social media, email, and online forms; and mobile devices including tablets.
Experience working with underserved populations; and desire and ability to instruct in both a group and one-to-one setting.
The ability to perform many duties while standing and bending and lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors degree and experience working in a computer lab setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Normal Schedule
Mon 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tue 8:30am - 12:30pm
Wed 8:30am - 12:30pm
Thu 8:30am - 12:30pm
