Job Description

Our Strategic Growth team is hiring for a Senior Data Architect. The value based care analytics team is responsible for a set of analytics products that our clients use to improve performance in value based care contracts. As a Senior Data Architect you will use your deep knowledge of analytics and reporting in the healthcare market to create and drive our strategy to address our clients' analytics requirements. Through a learned understanding of industry standards and Cerner's data intelligence platform and tooling, you will help lead the development of data models and analytics that meet existing and future clients' needs. In addition, you will set and ensure adoption of standards for design, documentation, development and deployment of analytics content; monitor and make recommendations to improve analytical performance; and understand and document both existing and new data models and analytics.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, finance, health care Computer or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Data management, data-oriented programming and development work experience, At least 3 years
  • Operational, clinical, financial or health care metrics work experience, At least 5 years
  • SQL work experience, At least 5 years

Expectations:
  • Ability to travel 0-10%
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
