Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints.
Salary range: $39000 - $49000 per year.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company image by focusing on employee partnership, cooperation, and positive telephone and email manners.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Possess good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Previous experience in customer services or contact centers is desirable but not mandatory
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Possess the ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees, both verbally and in writing.
- Good problem-solving ability.
