Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints.

Salary range: $39000 - $49000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
  • Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.
  • Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company image by focusing on employee partnership, cooperation, and positive telephone and email manners.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • Possess good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Previous experience in customer services or contact centers is desirable but not mandatory
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Possess the ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
