You'll develop business and service standards, identify operational efficiencies and present suggestions for potential product offerings. As a Leader, you'll ensure that your Managers and their teams maintain accurate client billing, develop and manage to their budgets and recommend/enforce company policies and procedures. Responsibilities- Manage and lead collaborative technical initiatives with participation of other internal departments, the relationship team, customers and the broader SS&C organization
- Analyze, anticipate, and identify customer needs and recommend innovative solutions
- Develop and own project success strategies, repeatable project methodologies and operational best practices
- Work collaboratively across multiple cross-functional teams to execute and deliver major complex project
- Educate customers on implementing our products and services
- Research and resolve any system issues reported by customers
- Establish work priorities, plan projects, and ensure timelines are met
- Manage budgeting, event load plan and project administration
- Assist in implementing first time services for customers as they transition to our existing solution set
- 10+ years of client facing, operations or technical work-related experience required
- 10+ years of experience in leadership with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent management, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and take action
- Ability to lead teams toward company goals
- Efficient time management with strong organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs
- Proficiency in use of business productivity tools
- Bachelor's Degree
