1) Verify internet connection to outside world (through Cisco routers, switches, Wirelessaccess points);a. Verify Wi-Fi coverage throughout buildingb. Fail over testingc. Work with engineers to trouble shoot all problems2) Verify physical cabling, switch, routers all match designs.3) Inventory;a. Scan asset tags , add building and room locationsb. Verify correct count of monitors, keyboards, etc. in each roomc. Test that everything powers on and connected to a data port4) Be on-site when employees arrive to help, answer questions, and get things running.5) Computer installation and verification.6) Validate printing is working properly.7) Provide onsite post go-live end-user support and collaborate with Service Desk and IT totroubleshoot and resolve end-user support needs post go-live.8) Collaborate with and support the clinical training team.9) Assist with staging equipment for installation.
