Job Description

As a Consultant part of our Laboratory team you will guide internal and external project teams through workflow and system design recommendations in complex client environments. You will manage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve service line and project strategic vision.Promote workflow optimization across service lines, and create strategic plan with client to obtain value achievement across service line. You will act as an advisor in complex sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours. As a Lead Consultant you will drive associate growth and development via proactive support and coaching of internal team members. And, you will drive organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years of software implementation work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or support work experience
  • At least 5 years of strategic consulting work experience
  • Medical Technologist Certification
  • Experience with PathNet solutions implementations and deployment
  • Experience with Bedrock, Order Catalog, Rule Writing, Discern Reports
  • Conversion Support
  • Familiar with troubleshooting and issue resolution

Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Must currently reside in Kansas City, or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
