Job Description
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will consult on data and modelling impacts, guiding clients through interdependencies and analysis decision impacts. You will leverage complex tools and processes to explore data sets for possibilities and pitfalls. You will serve as subject matter expert in multiple analytic disciplines. You will conduct sophisticated statistical testing and exploratory data analysis. You will create statistical models for analysis and possible production. You will create data visualizations leveraging design and data presentation guides. You will manage projects and provide functional oversight for project management activities. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications Basic Qualifications- At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 3 years data analytics and/or statistics work experience, including experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, applied programming, data management, data transformation, data visualization and/or quantitative or statistical research
- At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 40% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
