The Product Specialist supports products and applications throughout their lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to manage tactical execution in a role connecting business operations, technology solutions, and the end-user experience. To be successful, the Product Specialist must possess critical thinking skills in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, business analysis, and project management.Responsibilities of the Product Specialist:- Plan and coordinate the integrations, environments, and implementation of new applications. - Manage all tickets including Change, Incident, Problem, and Request/Enhancement tickets.- Manage incident activity to ensure all tickets are being resolved within the correct ticket urgency, proper team assignment, within all SLAs, and updating all relevant incident data within the corresponding ticket. - Perform root cause analysis and restoration for critical applications and incidents while ensuring all alerts are addressed and escalated correctly.- Create and maintain knowledge management documentation.- Provide end-user support and training where needed.- Manage production support and act as the SME for assigned applications and products; champion change requests to improve usability and system performance.- Provide day-to-day vendor relationship support including tracking timely completion of production tickets and adherence to service agreements.- Develop and execute plans to maintain system health and partner with delivery teams to obtain details to ensure resource availability and task completion.Qualifications of the Product Specialist:- Bachelors of Science in Business, IT or another related field of study, or equivalent experience - 3 years of experience in an application support role- 2 years of experience in working with third-party vendors, preferred- Bi-lingual English/Spanish language, preferredPLEASE NOTE: U.S citizens/Green card ONLY due to government or federal requirement We CAN NOT accept 3rd party candidatesWe are unable to sponsor or transfer visas Only candidates closely matching the client's required qualifications and experience will receive a reply Call 888-239-5993 today for more information on this Product Specialist opportunity or apply online right now!Position: Business Analyst Physical Abilities: Up to 10lbsFor the most prompt response, please APPLY ONLINE.Resumes may also be sent to isjobs@aureusgroup.com or call (888) 239-5993 for more information.
