Beam Suntory is a top player in the spirits business and focused on becoming a top player within the Ready to Drink category, capturing new consumers and occasions not currently being serviced by our full bottle strength spirit brands in our key markets.

Play key role in leadership, development and implementation and activation in marketing initiatives on Beam Suntory's premium Ready to Drink category, ensuring we advance our long-term brand journey and strategies needed to recruit new consumers and achieve brand ambitions.

This individual will work with many cross functional partners to plan, execute, track and evaluate marketing RTD programming in an assigned geographical territory

The role will be a key connector between RTD marketing and local sales teams to ensure field marketing plans are strategically aligned and optimized for their markets .This role is based in Missouri.Role ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Field Marketing Manager will focus on the following for the RTD Category across MO, CO, LA major markets.

National Programming:

Work closely with US Marketing, Commercial Marketing and Sales to ensure national programs are purchased to an appropriate level and executed as designed

Support local execution of sampling, trade, and event programming throughout MO, CO, LA major markets

Coordinate and manage all POS buys and inventory at the local level to ensure timely execution of materials in-marketRegional/Local Programming:

Work with the Marketing Manager, Sales Team, and Distributor/Broker partners to identify all divisional local programming needs to support Beam Suntory priorities.Package program tools and information for distribution to Sales and Distributor/Broke teams.

Work closely with the US Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Industry Affairs, Intellectual Property and Sales to ensure local programming adheres to brand guidelines, state and federal regulations, and properly protects our intellectual property

Manage procurement of promotional materials to support regional and local programs, utilizing centralized procurement options

Ensure quality, cost efficiencies, program effectiveness, and on-time delivery of local programs

Assist Marketing Manager with programming calendar management, program tracking and post-campaign performance reporting

Lead management of local sampling agency including weekly check-ins ensuring regional reporting and tracking

Support promotion offers and sweepstakes approvalsWork with Sales and Distributor teams in market to identify and capitalize on trends.Lead product launch, LTO and innovation program tactics and execution.

BI Management:

Lead management of RTD BI budget for assigned geographies including budget tracking and reconciliation of spends through tracking tools

Assist the Marketing Manager with planning, allocation and spend of yearly brand investment (BI) budgets for RTD portfolio

Participate in BI budget review meetings with all stakeholders (weekly review/monthly deep dive)

Provide input and recommendations for all incremental program and funding requests to maximize and track return on investment (ROI)QualificationsBachelor's Degree; marketing major/minor pr ferred

3 years of experience in brand or field/trade marketing, or similar commercial experience

Strong financial acumen, knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP a plus

Demonstrated organization and planning skills
