Job Description
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. Perform troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders. Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation. Prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs. Collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications Basic Qualifications- At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- At least 2 years of business analytics work experience
- At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of SQL, advanced Excel and Power Query working experience
- At least 2 years of database query experience
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
