This position will advance enterprise problem management capabilities and will work across organizations to influence and strengthen practices, providing a consistent framework and resources. As the Senior Problem Manager, this person will be responsible for identifying and analyzing critical issues and trends stemming from high-risk, highly-complex problems. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years problem data analysis work experience
At least 5 years technical change or problem management process work experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years Remedy-related work experience
HDI Problem Management Professional – HDI
ITIL Foundations / Service Management - AXELOS
Expectations
Must live or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metro area
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Less than 10% travel
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other duties as assigned
