- Administer, develop, document, and provide technical support for the ServiceNow Platform with specific focus on the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and the Configuration Management Process.
- Ensure the CMDB supports other IT Service Management (ITSM) automation/processes effectively including Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
- Develop, document, and implement Configuration Item (CI) data governance processes and procedures, based on the Common Service Data Model for managing CI data effectively.
- Ensure the quality of CMDB data is maintained and target metrics are established and met, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and training in support of the maintenance and growth of the CMDB.
- Develop and monitor CI data health reports/dashboards and resolve any issues.
- 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow.
- Working understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset, etc.).
- LDAP and SSO experience.
- 1+ year of experience working or developing in any of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML5.
- Experience with Web services using SOAP/REST.
