Performance Objective: Hybrid work model Provides daily client support, tracks and monitors issues, and provides trend analysis for the client and internal support. Manages work within the group and manages conversions/implementations for the client. Acts as a team lead for projects, including assigning work to the project team and other functional areas and performing other project administration tasks. Develops Request for Proposals and participates in the development of other client agreements. Identifies and tracks return on investment. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of DST's products, services, and business practices. As a Sr. Client Relations Specialist, you will:- Provide daily client support and respond to client inquiries.
- Create client funds and update fund options.
- Set up security and enrollment in products; change client passwords,
- Research reports aimed at overall quality improvements; create, update, and maintain report documentation.
- Perform tasks associated with client solutions, such as gathering and writing requirements for smaller scope projects and for components of larger scope projects.
- Participate in client implementations, conversions, and other financial events.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via conference calls, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and clients to provide superior customer service.
- At least fo ur years business-related (mutual fund) work experience in a customer service or industry-related position.
- Strong knowledge of DST/SS&C products, services, and service practices to provide superior customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the clients' business and culture in order to develop short- and long-range business plans for add-on business opportunities, services, and/or sales.
- Preferred knowledge of K2000 and AWD
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
