- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to facilitate and clarify the project vision to create alignment.
- Lead and deliver multiple strategic projects interacting with teams comprised of technical staff and business stakeholders.
- Leverage an Agile mindset to improve project and team processes, continuously.
- Lead and empower project teams to ensure ownership of deliverables and accountability for meeting the project and team goals.
- Manage multiple projects to deliver projects successfully that offer outstanding business value to our customers while managing the expectations of the sponsors, Management Team, and stakeholders.
- Remove roadblocks and provide problem resolution to complex issues or challenges that may arise during the life span of the project.
- Serve as the liaison with project sponsors, customers, vendors, or partners to facilitate continuous communication, manage expectations, and resolve complex issues creatively.
- Handle various responsibilities including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and presenting project status.
- Ensure project methodology, standards, processes, and procedures are followed throughout the project.
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Experience serving as the liaison Vendors.
- Ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies while demonstrating excellent leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills and an ability to speak with stakeholders of different levels.
- Proficiency using Agile and Project Management tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, ADO - Azure Dev Ops, Miro, Microsoft Project).
- Agile or PMP certification.
