- Complete the credential and storage device issuance process for external and/or internal customers (i.e., creating security tokens and generating applicable credentials for various automated systems, monitoring inventory and completing daily accounting journal entries).
- Adhere to established SOPs and/or checklists when handling requests.
- Verify the accuracy of requests and conduct due diligence when handling a variety of customer/business-specific requests.
- Modify/discontinue access.
- Communicate access instructions to users.
- Map user credentials and server certificates.
- Provisioning physical devices for access control and encrypted information storage.
- 1+ year of experience in assembly line type or data entry operations that utilize PCs and manual processes.
- Demonstrated computer skills including, but not limited to, data entry, Internet applications, Word, Excel, and other information sharing databases.
- Experience providing accurate, professional, and timely customer service/support to a variety of internal customers.
- Ability to understand policies and procedures; attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with customers.
- Experience modifying/discontinuing access, communicating access instructions to users, mapping user credentials and server certificates, etc.
- Experience creating security tokens and generating applicable credentials for various automated systems.
- Experience monitoring inventory and completing daily accounting journal entries.
- Experience following information security controls when credentialing/setting-up products, services, and/or applications for external/internal users.
