Novel Restaurant is looking for a grill cook. Hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 1:30-9:30 and Friday and Saturday from 1:30-10:30. This is a detail oriented position that requires cooking proteins to temperature, sauce making and butchering skills. Paid weekly. Meal provided. This is a positive, inclusive and learning environment. Candidates should be interested in hospitality and cooking and have a desire to grow and improve in the industry.
