Duties include knowledge of purchasing/ordering from local distributors and purveyors. Ability to work all stations and fill in where needed. Butchering, charcuterie and advanced pasta production. Expedite service and communicate with front and back of house staff. Must be clean, presentable and organized. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Tuesday- Saturday 1 pm till 10.
