Kelly Services is currently looking for an HR Coordinator. Great direct hire opportunity with a great company! This position will be working 2nd shift 2:30-11:00 pm, Monday-Friday but some flexibility on hours. Must be high energy with a heightened sense of urgency. A self-starter who takes initiative and is results driven.
Must have:
Previous experience with labor laws, FMLA, leave of absence, workers comp and COBRA.
Advanced knowledge and experience with ADP payroll, HRIS systems, Word and Excel.
Previous experience with reporting and analysis of employee headcount, turnover, benefits, etc
Previous experience with open enrollment, on-boarding, terminating and exit interviews.
