Hi there! I’m looking for a qualified and dependable Property Management and personal assistant to help about 10–12 hours a week. This is a part-time role at $20 an hour, paid weekly.
I need someone who’s organized, proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable managing a mix of household and business tasks. You’ll help keep things running smoothly across several local properties, errands, and day-to-day organization. Comfort with using a smartphone and basic apps (Google Drive, Maps, Messages, etc.) is a big plus!
Requirements
Prior experience in personal assistance, office admin, or property coordination preferred.
Must be highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
Able to communicate clearly and follow up proactively.
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
Running errands (grocery, returns, supplies, mail, etc.).
Coordinating household and property maintenance (meeting cleaners, handymen, etc.).
Light organizing, decluttering, and filing (home office, receipts, supplies).
Checking in on local properties and reporting any maintenance needs.
Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and getting quotes.
Assist with photos/videos for social media or property listings if interested.
