- 3+ years' work experience as an incident/problem analyst and application administrator
- Proficient skills using SQL Queries
- Incident investigation skills and methodology; Understanding of ITIL Incident and Problem Management concepts
- Intermediate skills with standard desktop tools including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and ticket management applications (Service Now or similar applications)
- Effective oral and written communication skills to speak and write concisely when communicating with team members, the business or third party vendors.
- Self-motivated to perform analysis on application problems as identified.

- Experience with IBM MQ, Micro Focus Cobol, Control M, VB6, DB2
- Experience documenting steps to deploy code and applications in a deployment plan
- Experience in the railroad or transportation industries
- Bachelor's Desgree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
