Assist Business Analysts or users with definition and documentation of system requirements for Enterprise Systems. Responsible for assisting during requirements gathering and design sessions, reviewing design documentation with users and developers, assisting with the preparation of process and data models, prioritizing system functionality requirements, coordinating pilot and test activities, and designing screens and reports. This role is actively learning BA concepts by assisting the BA's in all phases of their projects. Assist with daily production support of assigned system(s) to ensure efficiency in system and production. Assist Business Analysts with patches and fixes to current systems. Create and run reports used by the business for decision making
  • Solve Problems- Work on teams to design, develop and implement CSO/IVR Systems.

Job Duties
  • Assisting with daily production support activities for assigned systems
  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and assist with development plans for meeting those needs
  • Assist in defining of business and user requirement
  • Assist with the development of project charters, scope documents, conceptual design documents, test plans, and project workplans/timelines.
  • Assist with activities during requirements definition, design, construction and testing phases of projects.
  • Assist in the creation/execution of functional and regression tests
  • Assist with the development and delivery of user training on system(s) functionality.
  • Provide status to management of tasks completed over a given time frame.

It would be even better if you also had

  • Knowledge of IVR systems/practices/processes
  • Prior Business Analyst experience would be desired

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum related work experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience working in a DevOps on an Azure platform is a plus
  • Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Communication skills - the candidate must have the ability to listen critically, combined with strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills.
  • Requirements gathering - the candidate must have the ability to analyze requirements from multiple stakeholders while asking probing questions to ensure business directives are documented properly.
  • Interpersonal skills - the candidate should have the ability to interface with many different personality types to complete objectives and form positive working relationships with HRB associates and team members.
  • Microsoft Suite - the candidate must possess a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio, ADO and SQL are also a plus.
