Looking for preferably a well rounded climber. Someone who's drug free, and has own climbing gear. Experienced in advanced rigging techniques (crane removals, tight area takedowns), doesn't mind working long hours for good pay, and can also work on weekends. We also travel for serious storms up to 3 states away, no more. I offer incentive bonuses for increased production. Climbers with at least 5 years experience, and are qualified, will start at $40/hr. plus regular bonuses, and it only goes up from there.
