We are looking for a Handy Man/Inspector to join our team and provide general maintenance and repair services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, along with other maintenance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with little supervision and one who takes ownership of the role
Responsibilities:
Home Photo Inspections
Minor electrical repairs (replace outlets, light switches, electrical tests)
Minor plumbing repairs (replace p traps, unclog drains/lines, repair leaks).
Install and repair doors, windows.
Minor HVAC repairs (change filter, clean blower, clean coil).
Perform carpentry work.
Perform painting and other finishing work.
Perform basic landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
Qualifications:
Must own your own reliable vehicle and be able to transport materials
Must own tools for a wide range of projects (painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing)
Must have a reliable smartphone with ability to take high quality photos
Must have own ladder to inspect gutters and roof repairs
Must have experience with drywall repairs and painting
Experience:
2 years as handyman with experience in floor installation and painting or
2 years as a foreman, general contractor or
2 years as a maintenance technician.
