Boat Lift Installer Qualifications: 1) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and potentially work in and around water on a consistent basis while assembling and installing boat lifts. 2) Must be able to travel throughout Lake Area with provided transportation by company for installations- you will only need your own vehicle to make it to and from work. 3) Must have basic knowledge of hand tools and how to use them. 4) Must be timely and dependable, crews leave every morning for installations/repairs and it is important that employees show up at the scheduled time. If you have issues with truancy, this is not the position for you. 5) Must be comfortable around water and able to swim. 6) Available to work occasional overtime during the Spring/Summer Season. 6) Must pass physical.
FULLY PAID BENEFITS, 401K MATCH, AND 1 WEEK PAID VACATION AFTER 1 YEAR EMPLOYMENT. 3 SICK DAYS AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYMENT.
