ABOUT HAYES CONSTRUCTION
Hayes Construction provides quality custom decks, additions and more at Lake of the Ozarks. We serve a 35 mile radius from Osage Beach. Our motto: “You Dream It, We Build It.” We're involved in our community: Members of Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Camdenton Area Chamber of Commerce (Amanda Hayes serves as Board Member), CVB & NAHB. Owners volunteer with Boy Scouts of America.

CREW LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
-Must have strong skills in residential general construction operations, procedures, tools and material.
-Ensure jobsite has proper tools, materials and equipment.
-Ability to lead a team, plan ahead, communicate and problem solve wile working.
-Maintain productive pace of activities to complete job within timeframe.
-Apply new project instructions for each job and make adjustments as directed by owner.
-Wear safety equipment, follow safety regulations. Comply with health and safety regulations when operating equipment or walking on the job site even when not on active duty.
-Interact professionally with customers.
-Maintain clean worksite.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Strong experience in general construction operations, procedures, tools and materials
-Ability to supervise and work well with team, communicate needs with owner.
-Proactive and positive attitude
-Ability to perform repetitive actions using your hands, arms, wrists, fingers, legs, or other body parts
-Commitment to wearing protective safety gear
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
