JOB SUMMARYResponsible for engineering activities that maintain and enhance the company's telecommunications and signal processing hardware, software and electrical systems. Works with technical operations staff on system design and configuration. Works with design teams and advises team leaders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for leading teams within specific projectsExpected to collaborate with other teams on integration and architectural discussionProvide tier support across organizationsResponsible for High Level Technical Architecture from lab perspectiveProvide Component Technical Architecture including solution level integrationProvide succinct and accurate test results and enter bugs into our integrated bug tracking system.Responsible for Environment Strategy Document and Facilitate MOPs, IG and Technical documentation (Hardware, software) to Lab Shared Services. Evaluate services to identify operational, performance, and feature enhancements.Work jointly with the development and lab support teams to identify issues and to resolve issues. Extended and flexible work schedule is a requirement of the job.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional mannerProvide lab infrastructure considerations & architecture documents when neededConduct technical reviews from lab perspectiveIdentify reusable component - tools, automation scripts, training material Collaborate with the Solution Architect to develop the architecture runway and ensures system / application level design aligns to the overall solutionMust have experience working on CPE device provisioning - CSG biller, ICOMS biller, DHCP and CMTSExperience running the sustainability, throughput and long term stability automation for the CPE device, gathering the process and CPU utilizationExperience testing Hardware abstraction layer, SDK and Open sync client.Experience in analyzing Wireshark packet captures (wired and wireless) to troubleshoot and root cause issuesAbility to work with Sword/Test Rail, Jira and Chalk to manage day to day work and for reporting progressMust have experience with Docsis 3.0 and Docsis 3.1 modem management and provisioningExperience working with Auto Configuration server ACS Arris Edge and Cisco Prime Home CPH for gateway remote managementFamiliarity with Database and support of MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, memSQL, and Redis.CI/CD experience with Git, Gitlab, Github, Stash, Bitbucket, Terraform, Vault, Artifactory, Ansible, Ansible Tower, Puppet, and ChefFamiliarity with container solutions including the following technologies: EKS, Rancher, Kubernetes, Docker, Portworx, Vault, and HelmDevelop lab architecture diagrams

Required EducationMasters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or related work experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of YearsEngineering work experience - 5-10Project management work experience - 5-10
