Job Description

Cerner is delighted to Hire for a Business Intelligence Analyst I. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible to Articulate key process flows and stakeholders. Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures. Gather requirements and manage multiple inputs and priorities. Develop reporting to make data more meaningful to business initiatives. Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings. Identify root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain. Collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • At least 1 year business analytics work experience
    • At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Expectations
  • Willing to travel 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
