The Business Support Leader is a senior management-level position who provides customized support for improving and sustaining optimal performance within Mortgage Originations Fulfillment. Leveraging creative strategies and fostering partnerships by being the liaison for subject matter expertise and customized support for Mortgage Fulfillment initiatives and goals.Responsibilities:Partner with the Mortgage Fulfillment Directors and their Leadership to influence and provide support that improves overall sustained and consistent production and service level results.Provide Leadership and direction to the Processor Performance Review and Originations Advocacy Teams to provide results on process adherence and client experience. Partner with the Execution Performance Leaders to Create Action Plans that address variation in process and client experience opportunities that drive improved results and create accountability.Support Head of Mortgage Originations Fulfillment and the Fulfillment Directors in delivering Cross-Functional Support with Fulfillment Communications, Training Completion Controls, Telephony Support, Employee Skillset and Effectiveness Tracking, Standardized Reporting and Dashboards, Finance Oversight, Annual Review Goals, Workflow Oversight.Partners with the Fulfillment Leaders, Execution Performance Leaders, BP&A, Complaints Management, Compensation and Human Resources in the development and maintaining of reporting and scorecards, variable incentive comp, capacity models and annual review goals to ensure alignment.Drive Employee engagement and VOE initiatives by regularly hosting roundtable sessions to identify and drive improvements, and engaging with all advisory councils.Continually review initiatives and tasks in an effort to eliminate waste and dramatically improve our speed to purpose.Collaborate and build relationships with other groups including Sales, Bank, PMO, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Control, Governance, Training, Technology as well as Operations Management partners.Participate in project planning and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure metrics are designed to meet the overall goal objectives. Serve as a SME on project teams to help promote process adherence, execution, and improvements within the business.Assist in the development of adoption strategies for digital initiatives and accountable for execution of those strategiesApply LEAN principles designed to eliminate waste and dramatically improve our speed to purpose. Partner with the Business and PMO to ensure full adoption of Business Initiatives from a change management perspective.Qualifications:6-10 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated leadership skills

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines

Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving technique.

Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
