GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a high level experience for both employees, others internal stakeholders and external stakeholders within manufacturing operations. This position involves supporting the day-to-day operations within domestic manufacturing.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Engagement Activities Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale. Promoting Employee Experience In partnership with HRBP and Operations, assist in providing optimal employee experience Manufacturing Processing WorkflowAssist in tracking production in real time to resolve material and ticketing issues, and proactively manage workflows to minimize bottlenecks and delays. Training System Management Manage and maintain the training system to ensure team members have access to relevant learning resources.
