Job Description

We are looking for quality candidates for our fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing positions.These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.

Qualifications

We will train for all positions, no previous experience required. Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, work in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.

All offers of employment are contingent on satisfactory results of a background check and physical exam which includes a drug screen.
