AnEnterprise Agile Coach must enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative culture. The successful candidate must have extensive experience within IT organizations working with and coaching leaders and teams of all levels of Agile experience and mindset, believe in changing mindsets over behaviors, and be more pragmatic than idealistic.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Agile Coach will act as a coach for leaders and team coaches within the Infrastructure, Security and Data spaces. They need to be able to create strategic coaching plans for departments and leaders, and feel comfortable with 360 coaching.
  • The Agile Coach needs to understand the software development lifecycle and understand when to apply Agile vs. traditional methodologies to achieve the best outcome and can apply Agile engineering practices (e.g., automated testing, vertical slicing, test-driven development) for IT Infrastructure teams without being rigid.
  • The Agile Coach can break down complex technical information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts, can coach behavior and mindset change over process, and is familiar with Organizational Change Management practices and can create clear, concise, and organized communication materials for various audiences.
  • The Agile Coach can identify solutions by bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives, think broadly and can identify which organizational processes should be standardized and which should be allowed to differ, and execute tasks and/or provides data to support implementation of holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process, and technology are made.
  • The Agile Coach demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and ensures accuracy and quality of delivery, distinguishes between activities and tasks that add differing levels of value and ensures high quality delivery.
  • The Agile Coach makes recommendations about potential process improvements to increase effectiveness and compiles data and analyzes the impact of these changes, can streamline process and remove bottlenecks, as well as successfully helps team to inspect and adapt in order to execute new ideas or approaches.
  • The Agile Coach collaborates within the team to create key performance indicators and metrics; uses dashboards to monitor and assess team performance (e.g., efficiency and effectiveness).
Skills Required
  • Inherent understanding and passion for WWT’s Core Values
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in an ITorganization with Infrastructure and/or Data experience
  • Minimum 3years of experience working as a delivery team coach, Agile Coach or Scrum Master, preferably coaching Infrastructure, Security and/or Data teams
  • Preferred experience working as an Agile Coach in a Scaled Agile environment
  • Bachelor of Computer Scienceor comparable degree/experience
  • Power user ofan Agile management tool such as VersionOne, JIRA, or Rally
