Job Description: IT Project Manager St Charles, MO, USA (hybrid of onsite and some remote during the week) Full-time

Job Description Responsible for planning and executing the IT projects. This will include manage project resources, communication with stakeholders, and defining and adapting to changes within project timelines and scope throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Partner with other departments like operations and lab support in supporting ongoing activities like business process improvements, audits, vendor coordination, etc.

1. Responsible to manage and implement IT Solutions, including application modernization, and support and maintenance of existing applications, and infrastructure implementation. 2. Gathers business requirements and based on those, defines the scope of the work and project deliverables. 3. Identifies the work required to achieve project deliverables within the team in addition to cross-functional/team coordination(s) wherever necessary. 4. Prepares plans, including timelines, milestones and resource required to complete activities. 5. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings. Manager may not lead some of these meetings; however the ultimate accountability to implement these will be with the Manager. 6. Set up governance to track project progress and report the status. 7. Identifies, plans and manages project resources and stakeholders. 8. Plans and effectively / pro-actively communicates with all the stakeholders. 9. Proactively identifies and manages project risks and issues. 10. Plans and manages project scope, timeline, resources and quality. 11. Demonstrates accountability and responsibility of delivering the project as per client's needs and with timeliness. 12. Identifies, assesses and authors documentation and addresses ways to harmonize and improve current processes/systems, as well as introducing new ones. 13. Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines. 14. Manage and support inspections and audits performed by internal and/or external customers and authorities. 15. Guide and support audit remediation and control gap closure activities. 16. Guide and perform vendor audits and assessments. 17. Demonstrates and promotes the company vision. 18. Regular attendance and punctuality. 19. Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate. 20. Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner. 21. Performs other duties as assigned. 22. Owns the accountability and responsibility of delivering to client needs and timeliness. 23. Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required. 24. Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines. 25. Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements.

Qualifications The Ideal Candidate would possess:

PMP Certification Certified Scrum Master Ability to define objectives for direct reports. Ability to perform performance reviews. Ability to identify personal development opportunities for direct reports and mentor them. Basic Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Information Technology. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the IT Project Management. Minimum of 3 years working in development projects. Minimum of 3 years working with cross-functional IT projects. Previous experience managing international customers/projects. High level of English communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing). Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies related to release and quality management. Experience in using Agile / SCRUM. Experience with application lifecycle management tools like TFS, DevOps, or JIRA. Good understanding of ITIL. Knowledge of SharePoint. Experience in project managing Web applications and / or ERP projects is appreciated.

Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of St Charles, MO are encouraged to apply.
