Job Description
- Manages global marketing projects for Eurofins Bioanalytical Services and Eurofins Central Laboratory, identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing Eurofins business objectives.
- Develops and executes strategic and tactical marketing plans that are aligned with the business plan.
- Determines segmentation strategies, target markets, product positioning, and messaging in association with the Eurofins BioPharma Services, Laboratory Testing Group Marketing Team,
- Vice President, Eurofins Pharma BioAnalytics Services US Inc. and Global VP of Commercial Operations Eurofins Central Laboratory.
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Coordinates marketing campaigns with business development activities.
- Provides sales support for new service offerings for the service line.
- Responsible for brand management and identity.
- Supports the new service development program and provide financial and market information to assist with project evaluation.
- Develops pricing strategies.
- Coordinates with other Eurofins business units as appropriate to develop and implement programs or develop new services to maximize growth.
- Drafts and Manages the marketing budget.
- Develop and execute customer service surveys.
- Evaluates competitor and client and market intelligence.
- Supports the Eurofins BioPharma Services, Laboratory Testing Group CRM, HubSpot marketing automation software, website and digital marketing [e.g. LinkedIn, SEO, Google AdWords]
- Support of RFI process for Eurofins BioPharma Services, Laboratory Testing Group: triage incoming RFI questionnaires, establish library of responses and supporting documentation for Eurofins Bioanalytical Services; pre-populate RFI documentation; disseminate and engage Eurofins SMEs for completion of unanswered questions/sections; review final drafts for completeness, accuracy and spelling, prior to submitting to leadership for final review and approval.
- Manage the design, development and execution of press releases, printed media (brochures, flyers, signs, etc.) and digital media (Website, Email marketing, LinkedIn, banner advertising etc.) to support sales & marketing efforts
- Manages all aspects of tradeshows and webinars, including organization, planning and implementation and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors: conference organizers, brand agency, branding material vendors.
- Support internal and external communications projects.
- Develops and delivery effective training programs and launch packages to support commercialization of new and existing services.
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision

- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Owns the accountability and responsibility of delivering to client needs and timeliness
- Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required
- Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines
- Adheres to site employee health and safety (EHS) requirements
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications- MBA or PhD in Life Sciences with ≥ 4 years experience, Masters Degrees in Life Sciences with ≥ 7 years experience, Bachelor’s Degrees in Life Sciences with ≥ 10 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Minimum of 4 years of Product management, Marketing or directly relevant experience is required
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry is required
- Experience in integrated business planning / supply and demand planning is preferred
- Experience supporting GxP businesses is preferred
- Experience working with various ERP, CRM, web CMS is preferred
- Technical background in one or more of the following areas is preferred: cell based assays, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics / toxicokinetic, biomarkers testing for large molecule development
