- Serves as the internal voice of the customer.

- Agile/SCRUM experience specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development.

- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
- Utilizing applications like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and/or others.
- Experience launching and managing multiple digital products using Analytics to help propel those products forward.
- Knowledge and experience working in a client facing environment.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preference in Business or Technology Skills.
