Document Control ArchivistMonday-Friday8-5$16-$18 per hourSummary:Using accepted industry standards (GMP, GDP), the archivist will preserve records to ensure information and data are available in the long term. To perform these tasks, the archivist should possess the organizational skills required to manage large amounts of documents and data and the interpersonal skills to assist users of the data.Responsibilities:Contribute to the team responsible for coordinating and executing all activities necessary to maintain compliance with GxP and the integrity of the Quality Management Systems

Catalog and organize scientific documents and data produced in a variety of formats, including instrument printouts, notebooks, documents, logbooks and digital data.

Work alone under remote oversight in an office setting.

Supervision will be provided through teleconferences, phone calls and email.

Archive and maintain documents with an accurate inventory, which users may use to locate materials.

Convert materials into a digital format working to provide long-term data storage and preservation.

Issue controlled articles and verify their disposition

Provide necessary support for audits and site regulatory inspections

Communicate effectively with all departments and internal customers

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications :Experience in GMP documents and records management a must.

Library science, archival methods, information services, information organization, and information management technology are all desirable skill sets.

Quality Assurance experience in an FDA regulated industry and/or working knowledge of GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and 21 CFR Parts 210/211 a plus
