- Must have strong C# and.net framework fundamentals skills
- Excellent in Algorithm and OOPS concepts
- Ability to write programs with optimized solutions
- Strong in C#.net backend development
- Excellent understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- Experience working with multi-threading
- Hands on experience with Agile Methodology
- Health care domain experience
- Onshore – offshore model work experience
- Requirement analysis and End to End Solution design preparation
- Lead the development team to implement solution
- Implement design and code deliverables using C#, .Net core, GO, Kafka, API, Mongo DB/SQL adhering to defined standards and design principles
- Unit test the solution using XUnit
- Perform code review with peer and architect team
- Support for QA, UAT and prod implementation
- Communicate the project team about status of technical implementation and design solutions
- Find prototype for needs and drive the solution approach
- Provides detailed and timely status updates to management
- Acts as a highly competent advisor to their manager and leads and team
