- Deploy process improvement process design, design thinking, and change management frameworks
- Actively supports, enables, and drives process documentation and connectivity of process/business architecture/modeling information
- Must be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise in Process & Business Architecture Industry Standards (i.e., BPMN, APQC, TOGAF or similar certifications/understanding).
- Must be able to extract data and develop insights from process and business model's information to increase the speed at which the Firm is transforming the business.

- Identify and deliver technology solutions and manage the process and stakeholders through ideation, implementation, and continued improvement.
- Facilitate firm Senior leaders through regulatory and visioning efforts.
- Assists in the deployment and successful growth of this new technology not previously in use at Edward Jones.
- Must be able to interconnect desperate information across the firm (i.e., process diagrams, process architecture, systems, data objects, risk and controls, value streams and capability and operating models).
- Must be comfortable setting, maintaining and leading efforts in accordance with firm standards and governance requirements.

- Project Details Operational Excellence Process Architect Designs, plans and, executes workshops Partners with SMEs to document workflows, systems, and risks.
- Develops training plans and delivers training to scale process architecture skills across the Firm Operational Excellence leads firm priority and strategy to improve branch performance and client experience through consultation and oversight of executing firm level projects.
- Operational Excellence Enablement.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or related work experience in areas of Process/Business Architecture and/or Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
- 10 years of work experience leading large-scale work in LSS, PMO and/or Change Leadership
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in use of Process and/or Business Architecture.
- Experience in LSS, Design Thinking, and or change management
- Must be able to influence all levels within the organization
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to engage and inspire a wide variety of team members for quick and effective engagement
- Must be able to learn and communicate the principles of process improvement, portfolio management, change management, design thinking and data analysis to a wide variety of audiences to gain buy in and understanding of effective deployment of tools and successfully complete project and/or consultation
- Must be able to manage/lead multiple large-scale efforts
